Hey, does anyone know how I could sleep better?
I've had for the past 3 days troubles sleeping. Like I'm tired, but I can't sleep at all. I'm just wide awake. and I don't know why.
and if I DO get sleep, it's mostly weird or nightmares.

arekpowalan, I would exercise but that means going outside (since really I am not going to do it inside where peeps can see me.) but the problem with going outside is... that the weather is against me. Raining, too windy, and there's a construction site near my house, so walking my usual route isn't possible. (and these days just getting through the day is stressful, I feel like my brain is in constant anxiety over nothing.
