    I seem to be having insomnia problems at the moment for the first time in like... ever. I have no idea why either

      Insomnia's the worst, I can tell you from experience. Your body's anxiety is a common cause of it so trying not to think about anything is a good way to try to avoid it. I don't know what else might help.
