  1. Hey, does anyone know how I could sleep better?

I've had for the past 3 days troubles sleeping. Like I'm tired, but I can't sleep at all. I'm just wide awake. and I don't know why.

and if I DO get sleep, it's mostly weird or nightmares.

Maybe you shouldn't listen to my suggestions since I fell asleep watching a very violent fight.

Read a good book. Or well... stay up really late reading the best book ever and then regret nothing.

Try working out. If you exercise, your body'll force you to sleep early. If you do it regularly, it'll be less tiring but early bed will likely to become a habit. My dad does a regular running and cycling, and he usually ends up early in bed (8-9pm at night).
