"Only time I ever saw that happen was at the academy. A lot of things seemed to go wrong there."

"Guess that's the risk of training! What happened?" asked Anna interested.

(ooc: Sorry Dylan, be we are kinda stuck without Spark.)

"I guess someone actually was trying to kill the student..."

"Basically a few guys got a little overexcited that they made it to the force and played around with their teleporters. Ending up teleporting into a solitary cell, which is menat to accommodate 1 person, not 3. And the teleporter went kaput, so they were stuck in there for a few hours until someone noticed."

"Some.. kinda stand maybe," suggested Melody, trying to sound upbeat.

----------

Anna burst out laughing. "Poor idiots!"

---------

"You make everything sound so grim," said Ziona

"Ah.. it almost reminds me of my years at the miliary academy...."

---------------------------

"Yes, we'll get you that right away." said Locke looking around.

Skye looked at the leaf concerned. There was no answer from Tikal. Maybe it couldn't communicate from inside Spark's head. He decided to give it one more go.

"Tikal? Can you hear me?"

-------------

"Thank's Dad, but I don't want you waiting hand and food on me."

-------------

"Though less teleporter accidents I hope though," smiled Ziona

"I see. I was kinda hoping you'd have some funny stories about a normal educati..." Anna stopped mid-sentence and looked away, slightly embarrassed.

Zamy laughed. "I certainly wouldn't call that a 'normal' education. I doubt most schools here teach arrestee control techniques, or have hostage rescue training for select teams."

"More normal than mine," replied Anna downcast. "I guess you don't get many schools for people like me. They're aren't exactly supervillain academies," she tried to joke badly, trying to perk herself up.

"No, it's more of an apprenticeship based on who you know. Though I doubt you were a supervillain in training. It's far too strong a word."

"No, I'm the one the super-villain hires to deal with the pesky heroes!" replied Anna, giving a more genuine smile

"Well, not anyone...." said Anna, suddenly quiet. "Otherwise you and I would be having a very different conversation, if at all..."

"well, there was this incident with a guy named ludd and some explosive, but it ended up quite well... he just lost his sight and his two arms."

---------------------------------

"Skye?"

------------------------------------

"I'll think about it."

"Oh, thank goodness. I was worried this thing wouldn't work in Spark's head... um... did you overhear our conversation?"

-----------

"Sorry Dad," apoliogised Melody. "But I don't like feeling helpless like this. I'm afraid I might be really insufferable in a couple of days," she warned with a smile.

----------

Ziona face fell. "I... see... At least he had access to cybernetics."
