I... don't think that's how Chaos Control works. Well, it depends on what continuity we're going by. In the comics, Chaos Control tends to allow for space/time DISTORTION to the point of slowing time to a crawl to the person using it and travel into parallel universes, but in Sonic 06 two people using Chaos Control together opens a portal through time. However, that time portal allows for PHYSICAL travel into the past. So, while you could physically jump into the past with the aid of someone else with Chaos Control, you'd just be back in the late 90s when this site didn't even exist... unless you brought your infant self into the present, but the potential for paradoxes there is astoundingly... um...
