So, that Blaze the Cat background that Cinescense posted before. It finally answered my lifelong question: Was it her gloves or her coat that had the fuzzy trim? And now I know the gloves I made last year are accurate.

Holy crap guys. So there was a friggin huge praying mantis at work last night. It even turned it's head to look at me and I freaked out! Our old lady manager was the only one brave enough to bag it from behind and throw it out the door!

I'm sorry, but I'm mad right now. There's this local festival next month that I've been looking forward to all year, and I just found out I have to work that night again, because all the requests are taken. It'll be the 5th year in a row I haven't got to go. I just wanna go!

Well, all I know is that the requests are "first come, first serve". Which seems like it can cause some unfairness when the same people are finding out first when it is, so they always know when to request off before everyone else. When I asked the manager this morning when it was, so I could request off, that's when she told me the requests are already filled. I'm just kinda bummed about it. I'll get over it eventually or find something else to do, but still.

Oh. my. wow. So I made food last night for 7 hours straight non stop. It never slowed down. I was literally running and making food for all of that time. I'm really tired now.

Well, I actually had fun tonight! For once, I went and socialized with friends, and we hung out in the river until dark and watched the bats fly around and eat stuff. It was a nice night after all the recent stress!

Wow. Everytime I think things are going to get better, they don't. I sat in on court today to see what happened to the guy that hit me and ran in that accident a couple months ago, and they dismissed his case. He got of completely free. WTF America?!

I'm finally caught up in the comics to the megaman crossover. And oh god, that face that Silver makes in #250 when he gets attacked by Flashman...it's the greatest thing I've seen all week!

I had a dream yesterday that I got the crap beat out of me by Metal Knuckles, and then woke up to my manager and Mammoth Mogul discussing smoothie prices. I don't think I need to work any more 10 hour nights for a while.

Oh my gosh I had to make the most ridiculous hotdog ever last night! It had like 15 toppings on it! I'm not even exaggerating! You should've seen the thing when I got done with it! You don't know a real adventure till you've made a hotdog like that.
