    I had a good first week of year 10, but i can barely feels my hands or legs... i got the biggest rope burn from Tug of war, and the muscles in my legs are hurting becuase I had sport 4 times this week (not to mention i had it double period on Wednesday!) Next week will hopefully be better...

      Well here's a advice : you better put an avatar ( profile picture ) . just go to your "my profile" then click on your picture then window will come up, You can either put a link there from a picture in internet or upload one from your pc.
