      If Sonic Man has a Chaos Emerald (and it kinda looks like M'eega Man has one on his helmet) that would counteract the Time Slow ability.

      Perhaps, but they don't specify WHICH Robot Masters are gonna fight Sonic Man. Sure, it's most likely the MM1 crew, but will Time Man definately be there? We don't know yet.
