great, first thing we do for Athletics in Sport was the 1500m, i did say I was excited for it, but man was i in a lot of pain afterwards... Guess my knee really hasn't fully recovered since last year...
The muscle in my leg is not strong, so if I run a lot, it really hurts, I did a lot of these excises my Physio gave me last year, and i thought it got stronger but I guess i was wrong... I rested my leg for most of the day, so it's not so sore anymore
