(Spark yawned then stood up from his napping place still in his wolf/pheonix transformation.) uugh, that was a great nap. Well, better see if there done discussing what crazy thing what Melody was going to do. ( Spark walked back through the door and down the hallway.)

"How about you give me that box, seeing as you're so eager to keep it from me."

Melody was silent for a moment. "No. I don't think so. I'm happy enough. Except, well, uh, could you make it a couple of years younger. Not as young as you and Melody, but I wouldn't mind getting some of the years I've missed back."

Meanwhile, the younger Melody was still in her room pondering. "What kind of name do I want? If I'm gonna change, maybe I should ask Dad for an Echidna style name? Or would that be silly?"

"No way. That box is part of my ticket out of here," replied Miles. He scooped up a handful of loose ground and threw it towards Alicia's eyes.

"That doesn't seem like top much of a problem. Can you do it Skye?"

"Yeah, that's not a problem at all. If anything, that's the easiest part to control," said Skye.

"Thank's Skye," said Melody.

"No thank's needed. I'm your brother."

Alicia turned her head to avoid getting the dirt in her eyes, noticing that Zamy was still struggling with her escort.

"Okay. Now where did I leave my notebook..."

When Alicia turned her head, Miles cast his concealment spell, hoping to get behind her.

Alicia turned round to see Miles had disappeared. With an exasperated groan she started looking for him.

Unable to use his tail to attack, Miles scooped up a rock and aimed a blow at the back of Alicia's head, though this broke the concealment spell.

"Its on the desk" Dylan said pointing

"Yikes. I'm getting rather scatterbrained," muttered Skye.

"That's not very comforting," said Melody.

"Don't worry. I haven't messed up a spell or ritual yet," said Skye, opening the book. "For starters, we'll need to modify the circle," said Skye, pointing at a diagram in his notebook.

Alicia was struck by the rock and clutched the back of her head. With her free hand she aimed several whip strikes at Miles once she span around.

"I'll get to it" Dylan said starting to make the circle look like the diagram

spark stopped in the library noticing the door was open he looked through the door and looked around.)

(me) is Skye and Dylan in the library? i know you said they were looking at books for help

"Thank's Dylan. I'll get some of the reagents ready," said Skye,

"Skye, why do you have that spell in your notes?" asked Melody.

"Uh, well, you see, it, er... was part of one of the plans I had to bring you back."

Miles made an unhappy squeak when his attack failed to knock out Alicia. Despite his best attempts most of the whip blows connected. He pain forced him to his knees.

"Stop this," he begged. "I don't want to do this anymore."

"As you can see, he's never stopped thinking about you"

Alicia staggered and dropped to one knee, having clearly lost her balance from the rock to the head. Zamy managed to free herself from Alicia's guards and ran towards Miles to pick him up. "Any objections to leaving?" she asked rhetorically.

"I don't know if I should be happy you cared so much, or sad you never managed to move on," said Melody, causing Skye to freeze.

"Can we go with happy on this since his effort in trying to get you back paid off?"

Zamy grabbed hold of the box and teleported herself and Miles back to Mobius.

"That could have gone better."

Back on Moebius, Alicia picked herself up and began to trudge back towards her castle with her escort, too concerned with getting herself patched up to yell at them for their poor performance right then.

"Paid off twice by the looks of things," smiled Melody.

Skye was still standing unmoving, "Maybe I should have tried to move on... but..." he breathed.

"It could have gone a lot worse too. At least we made it out." Although his wounds weren't deep, they stung badly, and Miles was finding it difficult not to cry.
