As I've read, there are only 7 possible animals to make: wolf, dog, rabbit, cat, bear, bird and hedgehog. And, as far as I've seen, there are not many customizable features as I would like. It seems pretty limited, but I'm fine with it. It might avoid the over-the-top cringey fan-characters... On the other hand, I've already seen a lot of hate from different sites talking about this being cringey, or too limited, or just stupid! I mean, C'MON, can we all be a little happy with this? Just once?? Now I understand why many people despise our fanbase...

"Lead the way" Amy said to G. "I also would like to see if Techno is right..." "What do you say, hammer-pal?" Amy asked to Boulder.

  This is real. Customizable Character. Oh. My. Gosh. I'M SO FRIGGIN' EXCITED! I LOVE THISSSSS!!!

Amy looked at the Emerald and the opened box. Then she turned to G, saddened by the scene that has just taken place. "This place... must have been very important to you..." The hedgehog said, looking down, like she was almost ashamed. "I mean, it's not just that you knew the people from here, but also, you brought what might be the most powerful artifact you've seen..."  Then Amy took the Emerald, put it back into the box, closed it and gave it to G. "Now get up, and make your young friends AND your father proud" she said, while giving her hand to G, this time, looking at him with an expression of determination and hope. "You wanted respect. Here you have mine."

"Oh, no!" Amy cried while watching the orphanage being devoured by the flames. "Eggman has a lot more to pay, but this...attacking this place is just... mindless cruelty..." she said powerlessly.

 One of my dreams was (and still is) to draw the official Sonic comics, but if they get cancelled, here you have an amateur comic artist/writer to assist! We don't need to have the same opinions or think exactly the same about the franchise. What we need is the real super-power of teamwork. Or just simply a good organization, as others fan-projects such a Mobius Legends or the Sonic The Comic Online have achieved. About the cancellation, I hope it ends up being nothing but a small problem...

"I agree with that..." Amy said, refering to G's shouted words, as she ran away from the building. It was clearly visible that all those time pursuing Sonic has worth it...

"That beeping sounds really bad... B-but what about the orphanage?" Amy said to Myra, waiting for a hopeful answer...

"Let's show this bot the real super-power OF HAMMER-WORK!" Amy said to Boulder. "Huh...that reminded me of something Sonic would say..." The hedgehog thought before smashing the piromaniac mechanical colossus they've faced.

Amy leaded towards Boulder's possition, to help him in battle. "Time to settle this once and for all!" she said while jumping onto the Pyro-bot

What? WHY? NO!  I was waiting to see how this went. I mean, I'm still interested on this, and while I'm not into tabletop wargames, I wanted to help. Maybe this hasn't drawn enough attention? Does it need a little more time? 

Okay, I've seen the trailer of Sonic Forces and, to be honest, I liked it BUT it seemed too similar to Generations and, as @Skye Prower said, "on rails" (which can be due to the skill of the player, of course). I think we need to wait a little more and see what else Sega has to show, so that we can undestand what's new with Sonic Forces, because right now it definately feels like a Generations 2. Which is great... but not original. Also, which "Holiday" do you think is Sega refering to? Easter? Summer?? Friggin' CHRISTMAS?!

"It will be my pleasure, Mr. Rhinoceros" Amy replied, holding her hammer tight, and sharing the grin.

"Alright then, let's do this... Here... We... GO!" Amy said while throwing Boulder into the air.

Amy prepared herself to launch Boulder. "Hope that shield keeps you safe, Boulder"

"I. Hate. This. Robot! It's like it could predict my moves!" Amy said, before heading to G's position. "You'd better have a plan to stop that thing before all the orphanage goes down..." the pink hedgehog said to G, growling.

That's exactly why I love the comic series, Seviper! Aside from being, well, comics (media that I want to be part of and I'm in love with...metaphorically, of course!), they tell stories and portrait characters in a way Sega would never do in the games. In fact, recently, I've seen that, in videogames, Tails, Amy, Knuckles, Cream, Shadow, and basically the rest of the crew are just there to be Sonic's sidekicks. I feel great about Sonic being the protagonist, but I think Sega doesn't care about the secondary characters anymore, they don't want to give them the importance they need to be fully developed characters, and so goes with the story itself. And that's really sad, considering how rich and unique Sonic's lore truly is. For me, Archie has managed to tell lighthearted stories with some dramatic events that feel actually dramatic, and showed (in my humble opinion) the most authentic and natural vision of Sonic and his world. And that's what I've always wanted to see in the Sonic franchise.  (Sorry for the long rant...)

After her failed move, Amy got up, picked her hammer once again, and ran to the Pyro-bot. This time the hedgehog attacked its legs, thinking that maybe that could make the machine fall, and in so, stop firing.

"I...I can't say it! This is a villain so evil, so sinister, so horribly vile, that even the utterance of his name strikes fear into the hearts of men... The only safe way to refer to this king of darkness is simply... HIM!" Him, from the Powerpuff Girls

Spike Spiegel, from Cowboy Bebop. Because reasons. It's a friggin' classic. You love him and you know it.

"Techno! No!" Amy screamed when she saw the rooster burned. "I... I will...tear you apart!!" the hedgehog yelled while jumping over the Pyro-bot with clear intentions of smashing it.

"This is going to be truly intense...for YOU!" Amy said while charging against the Pyro-bot, aiming to give it a blow

I do believe that the comic storyline is waaaaay better than in the games, in terms of storytelling, continuity and characterization. I've love to play a Sonic game with the depth and epicness of the Archie series. And I'm talking about the post-reboot comics too, which are not as good as the previous ones for many people, but for me, they're great.
