Well... Traumas, screaming internal bleeding, gun wound, Broken arm, leg, severed heads here and there, guts all over the place, blood, diseases, dead people (SHOCKING!!!!), more mental scars, people going crazy and starting to kill each other instead of the zombies... You know. The usual.
