(OOC Yep, taking out the Pentagon). "Yeah, we can do this." Hope selected the paratroopers and started attacking the Allied ground forces.

"Alright then. Let's try them out." Hope picked the Soviets and watched the mission briefing.

"I know. It must be an omen," joked Hope. "So do we want to play as the Allies or the Soviets? I have no idea which side has what."

I'm not sure what the age of criminal responsobility is where this incident happened, but for comparison in the UK it's 10. That being said I imagine these girls might get put into some kind of mental institution as opposed to juvenile detention if convicted, given one claimed a fictional internet myth talked to her.

"Well according to the general the 'Soviets' are coming up through somewhere called Mexico, and that looks like the Soviet leader. I think. I have no idea who the bald guy with the accent behind him is... wait mind control?". On screen two men prepared to launch missiles from silos, but one stopped the other after being controlled and the missiles blew up when they hit the silo doors. "This looks interesting. It predates Mobians and even the planet being called Mobius."

"True. I don't know what this one is either. So it's new for both of us." Hope run the program to update Shadow's security then clicked on the game, opening up a window which almost immediately showed an FMV sequence of a president talking to a general about being invaded.

"Heh, maybe... a lot of old stuff on here. Even a few old games, fancy a blast from the past?"

"I could, but it'd take days. We have very secure systems."

*hears beep and looks at PDA* My codes will need updating, joy.

Hope laughed. "True, though I'm not the only technician here, and there are fail safes in place." She opened up the laptop and turned it on, inputting her credentials at the password screen.

"Hack? No, I have access to every computer, basically a skeleton key. I just need to ensure everything's in order, files are protected and such. Probably hasn't been updated in years," joked Hope.

"Yeah that makes sense." Hope got up and walked over to a desk, taking another, bulkier laptop back to her seat. "I might as well check Shadow's one while he's here, I don't think I've ever seen him use it."

"Probably not, but it'd be nice if they did."

"Yeah, otherwise that'd be just unsporting." ------- "So, how's that 'improvsing' going?" snarked Rouge. "Stil working on it," replied Shadow.

Well that's a blow, I thought it was good to have a competent, sane Amy again and now she isn't playable in the 3DS version. Ah well. Lyric sounds like he could be an interesting character, so we'll just have to wait and see.

"Only a lot more subtle."

"Would that mean Skye is imaginary as well seeing as he did it?"

Hope just burst out laughing.

"Woah, that would be weird. Going by that line of thought maybe this god is a figment of my imagination," joked Hope.

Hope laughed. "That is a good point."

"You're not THAT crazy," laughed Hope.

"At least there isn't a crazy alternate dimension version of you." ------- Eventually finding Mephiles, the team found that he just shrugged off their attacks, teleporting out of the way at the last minute, though strangely he made no attempt to retaliate.
