"I suppose it could be possible," said Skye, in response to Runic's suggestion about the Emeralds.  "But something happening in each of our Zones that just happens to send us to the same spot in space and time?  There's more to this than just a random power surge.  And yeah, it's the same story with Eggman here."

Vivian looked at the ground but answered to Runic's questions "Eh... Um.. Me and Sally and Knuckles are childhood friends.. and we met Espio and Vector and others later on.. so I kind of automatically became part of the Chaotix.. Makes also sense since I live on Angel Island.. For now at least.." She said a bit unsure if Runic actually believed her or not. "I then later on helped the Freedom Fighters on missions sometimes when I wasn't looking for Chaos Emeralds with other Chaotix or help protect the Master Emerald with Knuckles." She explained.

"Yup. Nutin more coincidental than a bunch misfits running into each other!" Said Seviper.

"Well I could just say: You know other zone thingy! You never know what will happen! Or something like that... But I think this is as good.." Vivian said.

"Maybe our zones and times our somehow connected or something?" Said Seviper.

"Well that would make sense.. But what would the connection be?" Vivian asked crossing her hands

"It's something we'll probably find out..." Danny said

"Well I hope we find it out without having to fight huge army of robots or something.." Vivian said

"I think we're in the wrong Zone for that!" said Skye slightly sarcastically.

"....Or the army of darkness while we're at it." Vivian continued still looking calm.

"We might have to cause a little bit of.....damage." Chuckled Seviper.

Vivian looked at Seviper and then at Skye "... Should I be worried about him?" She asked

Skye looked between the two.

 

'Great, caught between a pacifist and a psycho' he thought to himself, rolling his eyes.

Vivian looked at Skye for a moment before saying: "You do know I can sort of like.. hear your thoughts?" She asked a bit hesitantly.

Skye blinked slowly for a moment, then filled his head with white noise.

 

"N-no offense..." he said, hugging a tail.  "But I-I r-really don't like t-the idea of s-someone l-listening in."

"You don't need to read my mind. It's.....broken." Said Seviper.

"It actually happens even if I don't mean to listen others thoughts.. I'm kind of like some sort of radio or transmitter... sorry I try to stop it" Vivian said as she then walked a bit further away from Skye. "This should help a bit... though... why do I keep hearing things about some pretty butterflies flying around?" She asked.

"Butterflies?" asked Skye, now confused.

"Yeah there's this weird thought about butterflies... not mine though and I assume it's not yours either" Vivian said holding her head as she then looked at Seviper

"Butterflies symbolize the thing I am not!" Said Seviper.

"and so I found the source of odd thoughts." She said patting Seviper's head "Yeah butterflies are nice."

'How can see even READ my mind?  I'm a robot?' wondered Skye, taking another step back.

Vivian looked at Skye with a bit worried look. ".... Sorry.. I guess it's just another monster thing you know... It always happened at the village and if I ever happened to say something the others were thinking.. Well.. they didn't like that. I can always teleport somewhere else so I won't hear your or others thoughts." She said "I mean I guess it's because I'm not really a Mobian either.." She mumbled taking few steps back.

"Butterflies are majestic, graceful, serene, pure...which I'm not!" Said Seviper

"No, no, it's okay Vivian!  I'll just need to come up with some way to make sure you don;t overhear," said Skye.
