"I... don't k-know," said Skye. "It just seems to come easier."

(ooc: Real answer. The reason Skye has trouble is psychological, like his stammer. One half lack of confidences verse one half thinking too hard about it. This is why he was able to fly properly while under the influence of the pokeball.)

"Aww, kimiko." Chris said, smiling at her name,then stood frozen when he saw her mother, "uh...ermm... Good day to you, mrs Williams." He said.

"I'd like that," said Skye with a smile, also hugging tighter. "And I can help you learn to fly as well."

(ooc: Yep, if it goes on for long enough both Skye's flying trouble and stammer will slowly get better. I'd put money that the flying would have improved had 30 Years Later kept going in the comics)

"Kimi's mother gave Chris a hard look. "Kimiko, I've told you before to call ahead if you are going to be bring friends home. Especially if they're boys," she send tensely to her daughter.

"Yes Mom," said Kimi sadly. Her mother sighed.

"But I will save the rest of the lecture for now. I have some bad news."

(ooc: Okay, I need a pokemon name. What kind of beastie could reasonable have got into he room and trashed it had, say, the window or door been left open, and also be easily caught?

Chris kept standing there, frozen, then he whispered, "you've had boys over befo" he looked at her again when he heard 'bad news'

(ooc: Actually no. Skye stammers when he's nervous, or with new people. He's not nervous right now, and he knows Fluffy.)

"I'm afraid this Zangoose got into your room. It tore the place apart. I haven't had time to tidy it yet, but I was able to catch it." Kimi's mother held out a pokeball. "You should take it, given your a successful trainer with a gym badge to your name now."

"But I'm not... I never told you I got that gym badge," said Kimi surprised.

"Thank you." Fluffy said, kissing him on cheek.

He felt something was fishy.

"Did he also tell you that I've quiet being a trainer," said Kimi hotly.

"You... but..." began her mother, when the phone rang. "I'll get that," said Kimi's mother, heading into the other room.

"Anything?" Fluffy asked, distracted by Skye's call for Milotic.

"Indeed, here." She said, pointing to a lake.

"Follow me, and be cautious."
