Can anyone try and figure out which species it is, even a wild guess, also- I can't figure out it's gender, help Maybe?

From my research it all depends on his/her nose holes color... From what i see looks like it's purple so she's female! Blue nosed ones are male.

Yes. It is a female budgerigar. The male ones usually have bright colored cere.
