Seeing the look Dylan gave, Harmony turned around. It felt almost to her like this little boy she was bonding with was going to die in a week, and seemed willing to let that happen. Her eyes were beginning to tear up.

Dylan left his place and started heading over to where Harmony was

"V-very," said Hamrony nodding her head. "Will... w-will you be o-okay on you're o-own... I, uh... need to go to the bathroom..."

Harmony nodded then ran out of the kitchen, crying heavily now.

Without a bedroom to head to, Harmony did indeed end up in the bathroom, knees tucked into her chest as she cried her eyes out.

"T-transformations-are supposed t-t-to be f-fun, n-not s-so p-painful!"

Dylan had finished drawing himself in the picture and was staring at it. He recognised it as himself, but at the same time he knew it wasn't him. But then why did he see himself looking at the picture?

Gradually, Harmony stood up, walking over to the sink and washing her face. Her eyes were still red and raw, but she felt a little better, so started heading back to the kitchen.

Dylan continued looking at the drawing for a while. He then turned it over not wanting to look at it but his attention then turned to his hands. His blue chameleon hands. Despite hiding his drawing he could still see the way he was without wanting to. He made himself invisible

Harmony reached the kitchen, and found it empty. "Dylan?" she asked, looking around.

Harmony went to where Dylan had called from, surprised he'd answered as if to a school roll-call. She sat down in a chair next to him. "Talk to me," she said.

"Seeing you?" asked Harmony. She picked up the paper, looking at it but making sure Dylan couldn't. "You don't like... looking at yourself now?"

"This time I might actually get a hit in!" joked Melody, downplaying her practice, but she doubted such tactics would work with Shadow.

"Not if I see me when it's not me" Dylan said. Even though Harmony took the paper away he was still staring at that spot

"I reckon about 2 given you've practiced," he joked as he pondered which character to choose. "Why don't you choose a tag mode Hope? You two can go on one team and I'll make another where I play both."

"I'm sorry Dylan," said Harmony, suspecting she was part of the reason he felt so bad. The an idea occurred to her.

"Dylan, I'm... I'm not sure it will help, but I do know a few illusion spells. I might... be able to create an illusion so you look like a porcupine again," she offered,
