Seviper followed Ziona. 

 

"Good." Said Zangoose.

"Almost done..." said the Voice as it added knowledge of how to fly to Sarah's mind.  "And done!"

"Much better," smiled Luna.  "Now try that kick again!"

"It;s not far," said Ziona.

Skye's legs gave way and he had to grab the table to stop himself from falling.

Sarah kept her face covered and shook her head

MAX kicked again far better than last time.

 

"Good. I'll go anywhere with you." Said Seviper. 

 

"I don't think your legs are better yet." Said Zangoose.

"And now you're giving up?" asked the Voice.

"That's great!" smiled Luna.  "Well done."

"I wanted to run the lesson Sis!" Zoe whispered to Fenn.

"I don't doubt it Vipey," smiled Ziona, wrapper her tail around Seviper's.

"At least I can move them," Skye joked weakly.

"What do you mean? What do you expect me to do" Sarah thought

"Thank you!" Said MAX standing proudly. 

 

"You probably still can." Said Fenn whispering back to Zoe. 

 

Seviper smiled back.

 

"Perhaps I can cook some kind of thing to get your leg feelings back." Said Zangoose

"Fair point," said the Voice.  "But I think the 'soft and caring' approach isn't working on you."

"But Dommy's Mom is here!" said Zoe.

"There  it is. just ahead," said Ziona pointing.

"Well tell her you want to teach!" Said Fenn rather loudly.

 

"I see it!" Said Seviper. 

 

"You underestimate my genius. "Said Zangoose

"I have been compared to now," said the Voice.

"teach what?" asked Luna turning round to look at Fenn.  Zoe gulped and shrunk back a little.

"Let's go!" said Ziona.

"Nope.  I;ve just never heard of the technique before," said Skye.

Seviper slithered in.

 

"To my laboratory!" Said Zangoose.

Zoe shook her head scared.

Zoe looked around for a free table.

"But I can't walk!" grinned Skye.

"Let's be honest, you wouldn;t respond to a soft and caring approach, would you?" asked the Voice.

"What's wrong?" Asked Fenn.

 

"Found one!" Said Seviper. 

 

"That won't be a problem!" Said Zangoose hitting a button on a watch like device around his arm.

"I'm scared of her," whispered Zoe to Fenn.

"You have?  Great!" smiled Ziona coming over.

"What's that?" asked Skye curiously.

"Of Dominic's mom?" Asked Fenn. 

 

Seviper sat down at the table.

 

"A little device lets me control my inventions from far away." Replied Zangoose

Zoe nodded.

"What shall we order?" wondered Ziona.

"Ahhh!  Nice.  I tried to make something similar.  It was a storage device for magical spells.  Only, well, it ended up in the Swimming pool and enchanting it!" said Skye.

"Why?" Asked Fenn. 

 

"A big sandwich!" Said Seviper 

 

"Magic huh? It tends to backfire a bit." Said Zangoose.

"Cause she does," said Zoe.

Ziona smiled.  "Of course Vipey."

"It can, but usually because someone causes it to backfire," said Skye.

Sarah didn't reply

"When will you change me back?" she asked

(Is Stacey still there?)

"When you've learned being like this is not worse than being a lynx," said the Voice.

(Didn't I say?  Whoops.  He was meant to be slowly walking out, and as Sarah didn't make any sounds when she changed he hasn't noticed.)

"Why not?" asked the Voice.

"Sarah?  Are you alright?" came Stacey's voice from the door.

"Go away" she said aloud but clearly not sounding happy
