"Yeah, I'll need to look through them properly," said Miles.  "But there's some stuff in there I like."

"I'm sure you'll manage!" said Melody.

"How can you run...." began Harmony, then the young two-tailed yellow-furred fox tripped over a re-furred wolf sitting by a tree.

"Aww, okay Topaz.  Nice to meet you," said Melody

The red-furred canine slowly stood up. She brushed off some of the dirt from her clothes. "That's quite alright. But, next time, please watch where you're going."

"I'm sorry, I'm really sorry," said the fox, starting to tear up a little.  A young turquoise bat landed next to them.

"Harmony?  Are you okay," she asked the fox, then turned to the wolf.  "I hope she didn't hurt you!"

The wolf cringed. Upset children was not something she liked to see. "Hey now, don't cry. It was an accident, I'm not mad."

I hope she didn't hurt you!

The canine shook her head. "Nah, I'm fine. Oh wait!" she reached over and grabbed the journal that she had been writing in. She let out a sigh of relief. "Good, nothing happened to this either."

"Oh, this?" the canine inquired, pointing to her journal. "This is where I write stories in. I'm a novelist. Or, at least, that's what I'm working on becoming."

"I'm... I'm sorry... I'm being silly," said Harmony.

The bat also looked curiously.

(Spark waved good bye, then turned to Skye.) So do you want to get us there or should I use another inferno gate?

Melody hugged back.  "Don;t worry.  There's a heap of ninja children here to keep us safe!" she joked.

"Or maybe they're the ones I should be worried about. Ninjas aren't known for being upfront."
