"Actually Spark," said Miles. "The water itself is harmless the moment it leaves the pool. So this bottle is perfectly safe. But it still carries how the magic resonates, so I can study here without putting anyone at risk. If it was dangerous, I certainly wouldn't have it in the kitchen!"
