"Well it should have worked!" Dylan said stroppily

"But it got affected by the enchanted pool too Dylan! And I'm guessing the transformation it was meant to stop was the were-hog curse skye told me about? This transformation is different to that. A different type of magic," explained Harmony

"It's meant to stop me transforming at all. Stupid thing not working" Dylan said grumpily

"But it did get immersed in the water. You're lucky it didn't turn into a watch or something like Ziona's communicator did. I guess it tried to do the best it could," said Harmony.

"Ziona's communicator got turned into a watch?" Dylan asked trying not to giggle. Instead, a smile pushed it's way through

"Nope. A set of bracelets! Didn't you see them on her wrist? She had to get a new one. I said watch because, well, I doubt you'd wear bracelets Dylan," said Harmony, smiling back, glad he was cheering up.

(ooc: It would appear so!)

Dylan shook his head but was still smiling

"Yeah, that would've been silly" he said

(ooc: Oh, the bracelets. Yeah)

"And thankfully you didn't get the flowerly headband either!" joked Harmony. "Hmm, I wonder if the clothes you were wearing have changed too actually. They're still in your room, right?"

"Yeah, they are! Do you wanna go check?" Dylan asked

"yes, let's," said harmony, curious to see what they might have become.

The cyborg swang the bat at the same time as Melody launched the kick, but was knocked back after the attack.

"Sorry, this is a new one," explained Hope.

'You've still probibly got a better chance against it than I do,' thought Melody. 'And I'm kinda hurt. Let's swap for now,' she added as she pressed the tag button.

"Okay!" Dylan said getting up and heading back to his room

Harmony followed, her curiosity building.

Hope's ninja jumped into the fray and was immediatley greeted by a baseball bat to the face, though she managed to deliver a quick combo after getting back up.

Melody winced when Hope's ninja got hit by the baseball bat. 'I think he might be vulnerable just after he swings,' she thought.

Upon reaching his room, Dylan stopped in front of his door. He then covered his eyes with one arm before opening the door

"Careful you don't bump into anything," said Harmony, giggling at Dylan covering his eyes.

Dylan wandered into the room and uncovered his eyes. His clothes had indeed changed. He'd gotten new sneakers and new shorts. He also saw he now had a T-shirt with a dinosaur on it and looked at it, excited to start wearing it. But the biggest surprise to him was that there was also a baseball cap that had been left hanging. He rushed over to try it on and then went to the mirror excited to see how it looked

"I think that looks really good on you," said Harmony from the door. "I guess you want me to wait outside?"

Dylan looked at Harmony grinning

"Yes please! I'm gonna get changed and NO PEEKING!" he exclaimed

"No problem," said Harmony, closing the door at waiting outside.

Dylan quickly got changed into his new clothes and happily looked at himself in the mirror. For some reason, he didn't seem to care this time that smiling back at him was a young chameleon instead of the porcupine he usually expected

(ooc: I guess it's true what they say that 'the clothes make the man'. Or the kid in this case!)

Harmony waited outside the room. Thinking it over, after everything Dylan had said in the kitchen, she was a little surprised he wanted to change into his new clothes.
