Dylan did look a little upset at the question. He sadly nodded his head

"Yeah. I really do. I don't wanna be a kid because I'm not" he said

"I see," said Harmony, doing her best not to appear upset. She went round next to Dylan and put her arm round him. "At least it's only for a short while, right?"

"I guess. But it's not short enough" he said

"I hated transformations and this is a transformation so I hate it" he said

"What if I then don't want to change back?" He asked

"If... If you really want to, transformations can be made permanent," said Harmony. "But you do need to be willing. "

Harmony jumped slightly as Dylan cried out. "Then you'll go back to normal. If you're not willing you'll be back to your old self." Harmony pondered the different meanings of 'old' in that sentence.

Harmony looked at little shocked at Dylan, then turned her head away. She couldn't look him in the eye. "Yes," she lied.

"It's okay Dylan. It's okay," said Harmony. "I do like you as a kid," slipped out before she caught herself.
