"Actually, I think there was snow in the dream as well," mused Skye. "I'm really looking forward to having this special place for the two of us."

"Maybe. But he has a dinner to attend, so we should relieve him!"

"Did the possibility never cross your mind that I might be more than a sweet, intelligent teenage girl?" Hope's tone switched back to normal. "Because if it did, I can assure you it's wrong. You get what you see, I'm probably the only member of my living family to have some inherited traits from my cousin."

"I'm gonna have a quick shower though. I'm still covered in a bit of dirt!"

'But you've got me here,' thought Melody. 'Hey, if you get that teleporter working properly, then visiting each other when you're off duty will be easy even if Shadow isn't around. And if that doesn't work, maybe you can find some way to boost this thought-talk thing.' Melody paused. 'Either that or I get a job in the UF myself!' She joked.

Tikal took Skye's place in the bathroom and started to clean herself up. It was a very rough day, and the shower was more than welcome.

Then she made her way to wash her face since it was still dominated by 'tear' marks.
