Miles sat down, staring at the remains of the circle looking thoughtful.

Zamy decided to let Miles think it all over.

"You girls OK?"

"I'm fine thank," said Melody nodding.  "Just a little shaken."

"Same here. Let's head back now," said Hope.

[Spark Falls 1]

You do? (Asked Spark.)

Melody nodded.  "Y-yeah... I feel kinda worn out after that..."

(Spark sighed in a shy type of tone.)

Hope teleported Melody back to the lab where Topaz was waiting. Zamy stayed with Miles.

"Those aren't your real future versions. They're the old futures if that makes sense. I'm not sure how it's possible though."

"Yeah. Just a little bruised," she replied, changing out of her body armour

"Yeah... it... doesn't really make sense... the future me did have protection though...." said Miles.
