"I'm sorry!" Said Fenn crying.

"It's okay. I lost it." Said Seviper kneeing down to pet Fenn.

"I think I better come," said Ziona.  "And they won't get into trouble Dominic.  Provided they DON'T do it again."

"Well... uh.... I... was sorta adopted..." said Anna shuffling her feet.

Harmony looked between the two, not sure what to say.

"If I wasn't so tough that flamethrower would've taken me down." Said Seviper.

Fenn started to smile.

"Shall we do this in another room then?"

"So I heard," smiled Topaz.

"You've got a lot of spark then," said Harmony, patting Fenn.

"That would be best.  I think Skye and Miles are still in the TV room," said Ziona.

Anna laughed.  "I've got a big crazy family!" 

"I'm not crazy!" objected Melody

"I don't really need my powers right now anyways." Said Seviper.

"Are you sure Seviper?  I can find Skye and ask him why it went wrong.  You really should still have them!" said Harmony slightly breathlessly.

"It's only for a day. And it's not like somebody's out to kill me!" Said Seviper.

Dominic whimpered

"That's true," said Harmony

"Don't worry Dominic, it will be fine," said Ziona, walking to the door as Zoe hugged Dominic.

Zamy headed to the TV room.

"It sounds like sanity is the exceptuin to the rule."

"I still got my other skills. My charm and being a lady's man!" Said Seviper.

Ziona followed zamy.  Inside the TV room, Miles and Skye were looking miserable, massaging their hurt tails.  The looked up as the Zone cops entered.

 

"A-are Dominic and Zoe o-okay?" asked Miles, eyes and cheeks wet with tears.  He saw Zamy was there and whimpered slightly.

"That's a pretty accurate summary!" grinned Anna.

Harmony covered her mouth having what seemed like a coughing fit.

Dominic hugged Zoe back

"Sh-should we go too?" He asked her

"Was it something I said?" Said Seviper scratching his head.

""They're fine apparently. For all their posturing about being 'warriors' they're not exactly very tolerant to pain. For 2 boy geniuses the fact neither of you could foresee what happened is quite alarming."

"M-maybe we should," said Zoe quietly.

Both boys looked down.  "We... w-we just got over e-excited..." said Skye.

 

"It's m-my fault, I suggested it," said Miles.

"I have so far," smiled Anna.  "And I have places to hide if I can't!"

Zamy sighed.

"All because of that pool starting the ball rolling. Miles, you're coming back with me. You won't be coming here for a day or 2."

"W-w-what? B-b-but...." Miles' lip was wobbling.

"SO I guess you must be one of Hope's friends?" Anna asked.

"Let's go..." Dominic said quietly before heading out

"No buts. It'll do you some good."

"Yes. Friend and colleague. I'm a soldier at GUN, if the uniform didn't give that away."

Zoe nodded and followed, head down.
