"You're so slow Seviper! We lost!" Said Fenn as Seviper slowly trailed behind them.

"Yeah... said Harmony... but... that might be for the best...." 

 

With an effort Ziona managed to pick both kids up.  "Where does it hurt?" she asked, carrying them to the infirmary.

"Wow!  Those look amazing!" said Melody as she came back.  "I hope Rouge doesn't like gold as much as she likes gems!"

"My arms and legs..." Dominic said quietly

"They don't look broken, just a little grazed," said Ziona.

"They still hurt..." Dominic said

"We'll find something to make them stop hurting," said Ziona, entering the infirmary.

"Thanks Ziona..." Dominic said

"She likes it but not as much as jewels thankfully. She's got enough I think."

Zonia put both kids in one of the beds and looked the over, hard, because Zoe refused to let go.

Dominic was staringat Ziona expectantly

"I'm not as fast in this Mobian form as I was in my original state." Said Seviper taking heavy breaths.

"Ahh... so the more security you have, the more likely it is she'd try and nick it!" grinned Melody.

"Yes, just a few scratches.  I'll get you some plasters and fix you right up.  Er... Zoe... can you let go please?" asked Ziona.  Zoe shook her head.

"I'm just gonna lie down now." Said Seviper as he put himself down on the floor.

"I'll need to remember that if I ever find a Chaos Emerald!" laughed Melody.

"PLease Zoe, I can' fix you up unless you let go,." said Ziona.  "And you're welcome Dominic."

 

"I don;t wanna let go of my mommy!" whined Zoe.  "What if you disappear like my other mommies!"

"Maybe a bed would be better?" suggested Hamrony

"Oh for one of those she'd steal from just about anyone," laughed Topaz.

"Why would she disappear" he asked

"I'm like a spring! I'll bounce right back up!" Said Seviper as he springs up.

"Wouldn't everyone?" asked Melody.

"No, never," said Melody.  "I've never even seen one.  Except... well.. the Master Emerald."
