"I hope so!  You were so happy with him!" said Zoe.  "And really Seviper?"  She turned to Ziona.  "Can we have some tonight?  Pleeeeeaaaasssseeee?"

"Come with me," she the woman, motioning towards the door. Rouge, Shadow, and the 2 Hopes cautiously walked forward.

Melody followed, still tense.

"Well he was fun to play with!" Dominic said with a grin

"Yeah!  He was," said Stacey.

 

"And really friendly!" added Zoe.

 

"If you kids behave for the rest of the day, then I'll get you some curly fries for dinner," said Ziona.

Dominic nodded

"And thanks Ziona!" He said

"No problem.  It is in your hands after all!" smiled Ziona.

"We will behave!" Dominic said

The woman led them out of the barn.

"Good for you.  Now why don't you pay for your toys?" asked Ziona.

"W-wow... is everyone... in the village a werewolf?" asked Melody as she looked around.  A large wolf walked over to the woman.

 

"They surrendered?"

"Okay! We will!" Dominic said

"Yeah, we should," said Stacey.  "C'mon Sarah!"

"Only the ones who aren't taking dirt naps," said Shadow.

The woman nodded.

"Yes. They chose wisely."

Sarah followed

Dominic started running too excitedly

"We needed to bring more blunderbusses!" muttered Melody.

 

"How did they get from the Inn to the Barn?" asked the wolf.

Zoe flew after them.  Harmony giggled.  "C'mon Mark! Le't go!"

"Or gatlings," thought Hope.

"I've no idea. I can't see anything interesting on them," replied the woman, glancing at them.

"Coming" Mark said following

'Or Omega!  he'd have confused these oversized puppies' thought Melody.  'Looks like they have no idea about your teleporter.'

 

"Then we'll need to make them tell us!" the wolf growled.

Stacey reached the checkout and payed of his rocket building kit.

"Yeah. He'd turn 'em into mulch. And their stupidity isn't surprising "

"Patience. You can't just use brute force. You saw what the hedgehog did to the first group we sent after him. A more delicate touch may be in order."

Dominic went behind and paid for his dinosaur then waited for Zoe

'I guess... This world isn't really high on the tech scale!' thought Melody.

 

"Hmph, we'll try it your way then.  But if that fails... I'm sure this pack is loyal to each other... and won't want to see one of their own hurt," said the wolf.

"Do you want any help with paying?" Stacey asked Sarah.

 

"Uh... Dominic... you're paying for Jam as well," said Zoe.  "Yeah, don't forget about me," she added in Jam's squeaky voice.

 

"Mark, could I have your pocket money as well so I can pay for our game?" asked Harmony

"I... th-think so..." Sarah said

Dominic giggled

"Sorry. I'll do that now" he said paying for Jam

Mark handed over his money

"Understatement of the century!"

"I agree, which is why it makes a good backup plan."

"Okay, just hand over your cuddly toy to the man at the desk, and he'll tell you how much money to give," said Stacey.

 

Zoe giggled to.  "Thank you Dominic!  You're so nice!"

 

"Thanks Mark," said Harmony, paying for the baseball set.

Melody couldn't help but smile a little.  'What other tech stuff do we have with us?'

 

 

The wolf grinned and bowed his head slightly.
