"Yeah, shame it's only a 'years' supply," said Melody

"Yeah, pool, peace and quiet, large rooms... hey, are we going to try for that housewarming party again soon?" asked Miles.

Eve rubbed the back of her neck. "Ah, well, I've had people close to me get captured and roboticized by him."

"Oh, I'm so sorry to hear," said Harmony, moving forward to hug Eve.

Dominic was doing the same

"Yeah... sorry" he said

"Maybe. Ziona's back to normal, but Harmomy's all messed up and with those new arrivals someone's going to have to stay at Haven to keep an eye on them instead of coming here."

"You're not as greedy as me then!" giggled Melody.

"I wasn't a princess, my expectations are lowered," laughed Hope.

"Yeah. Plans scuppered yet again. Maybe I should give up on it."

"You'd have made a good princess though!" giggled Melody as the reached the stand.

"No, not yet!  We just need to hire a babysitter!" said Miles.

"Aww thanks," smiled Hope as she got to the counter. "Just a regular one with a flake for me please."

"What babysitter in their right mind would take that job?"

"I'll have the bubblegum flavour please," said Melody.  As the server prepared the ice creams, she turned back to Hope.  "Maybe we could use the dream machine to let you try being one out?"

"Who says we need to tell them all the facts," said Miles.  "Or we could just ask the Freedom Fighters to do it as a favour for Knuckles."

The whirlwind subsided to reveal a female figure in all black, her hood casting a shadow over her face.  "Could I be of service?" her cool crisp voice asked those present.

Skye rubbed the back of his neck, regarding the newcomer.  "Er... I'm... not sure... Normally people don;t suddenly show up offering their services!"

[HollyYoshi 0]

"Hey, don't you worry, kids," Eve stated, patting the two on their heads. "Eventually they got turned back to normal again."

"They did!  That's great!" said Harmony, giving a little cheer.

At the same time, a fox with robe-like fur apparated in a fiery haze onto the field.

"I would also feel obligated to assist you.", said the newcomer.

"My name... is Del the Fox."

"Er... unless you two are up for babysitting duties, I don't think we need help right now," said Skye.

"I will babysit until I can babysit no more!", said Del, holding up what appeared to be a stick.

Until it lit on fire.

"I can play with fire too," said Skye, causing a fiery sword to appear in his hands.  Then it vanished.  "But I don't think fire is a good way to babysit!"

[HollyYoshi 0]

"So, where are you all from?"

[Torchelen 0]

"Whatever is needed, I shall do," she replied, a flame colored eye shining from the shadows of her hood.  "You may call me Torch," she introduced finally, extending a fingerless gloved hand, her nails charcoal black with red streaking down the middle of each.  Torch looked at the one who had asked about where they were all from, "Somewhere and yet nowhere."

"Nice to meet you Torch.  I'm Skye," the crimson fox replied, shaking the offered hand.
