I always figured that SCANF would've been given a cease-and-desist letter if this sort of thing would happen, but seeing you give up the comics willingly and honorably is just...awesome. I feel proud.

I want this to be a crossover with not just these two Sonics, but other Sonics as well. In fact, at 1:03, when both Sonics are running at the camera they're too slanted towards the right of the shot rather than aligning at the center. It's probable that a third character may be missing at the left side. Sonic Boom Sonic, maybe? It's too soon to tell.

The only thing I can use to summarise my thoughts on this is the word "hype"–players have said that the physics and gameplay are as good, if not superior, to the original Genesis games (yes, I just said that). And the people behind it are all Sonic enough to make this work. Taxman and Stealth did a spectacular job with the remakes for Sonic CD, 1 and 2, and PagodaWest Games already have a reputation with games like Major Magnet, of which has taken some inspiration from Sonic. And their in-house composer, Tee Lopes, has made excellent re-imaginings of Sonic music in the past, and you can see his talent in Studiopolis Zone's BGM. And little things such as the return of the Combined Ring power-up (last seen in Knuckles' Chaotix) and the million-and-one Easter eggs you can find in Studiopolis just prove that SEGA got the right guys for the job. I will buy Sonic Mania on the day it comes out, and I will play the living and breathing hell out of it.

I'm just going to change the subject a little and say how every recent issue (even stand-alone ones) has a recap at the beginning, and footnotes for who each character is, including Sonic. That way, you can just read the latest one and even if you're kind of lost you'll still be able to understand some of it thanks to the exposition. As of this writing, Sonic #285 and SU #88 are the most recent issues, so read them if you just want to just get to the latest story.

Granted, but Peter Piper is picking a peck of your pickled peppers, but it's possible Peter Piper misplaced the peck of pickled peppers that Peter Piper picked, so where is the picked peck of pickled peppers? (Only way to truly corrupt an insane wish–add more insanity.) I wish that IGN would do an embarrassing apology dance for the aggressive and biased anti-Sonic video they posted recently, and all other sites of its kind would join in.

Granted, but it can only be used during a blue moon in Siberia. Oh, and you have to publicly destroy a wishing well for it to work, too. I wish that people would stop waiting and hoping for Sonic Adventure 3 and finally get over the fact that it will never happen.

Granted, it came from a condemned New Jersey building and is several decades past its expiration date. I wish for the permanent ontological destruction of all life, matter, creation, time, space and physical laws of the universe and reality despite the fact that I would be destroyed as well. as well (don't take me seriously guys I'm just going hardcore on this one).

I recently watched The New Batman Adventures episode "Mad Love" (based of the one-shot DCU comic of the same name), which is probably one of the the most famous examples of Harley Quinn's attraction towards the Joker. It tells us that before turning to crime, Harley (or rather, Harleen Quinzel) was a psychiatrist interning at Arkham, and the Joker, through several interviews, offered to share his "experience" with her, which involved stories about his abusive father and how the only happy moment he ever had with him was their trip to the circus when he was seven (which is of course, a lie through and through). This was enough to convince Harleen that all of the Joker's anger came from Batman, while at the same time she fell in love with him out of pity, and thus she ended up becoming his lackey. In the present day, however, her "pudd'n" frequently ignores and abuses her physically and emotionally, and at one time when, to make the Joker love her back, she captures Batman and actually comes fairly close to killing him via tying him up and slowly lowering him into a tank of piranhas, the titular hero gives her a monologue of how the Joker's story is a lie and how he has "a million" of faux Freudian excuses (which brings the poor girl to tears), and that he would never believe that Harley could succeed in killing Batman (especially since the piranhas would only leave traces of bone and cloth which anyone could fake). Thus, she calls the Joker and to Batman's credit, he is furious over not getting to orchestrate the Dark Knight's death himself, and shoves Harley out the window–literally–before getting into a wild chase with Batman. The epilouge shows Harley, severely injured and placed in Arkham, renouncing her love for the Joker, until she sees some flowers and a "get well soon" card signed with a "J". As seen here, Harley fell in love with the Joker due to pity, but received abuse in return. We don't know all that much about Thunderbolt, but with what we do have, we assume that she loves Dr. Eggman out of pure admiration and loyalty, but this relationship is even more one-sided than Harley's since Eggman just sees Thunderbolt as an expendable crony. It may seem adorable at first, but if you're comparing it to Harley Quinn herself, it just becomes sad.
