Knuckles and the group get close to Spectre, ready to be teleported

The group approaches the edge of the island and looks off. "We're not going to jump, are we?" Astraea asks. "What are you afraid of heights?" Kali asks laughing. Astraea punches a hole in his arm as it heals back. "Not all of us have regenerative powers like you dummy!" she complains. Knuckles looks to Spectre. "I'll carry her, can you get Chaos?" he says looking over to the chao that was staring off the cliff.

Just a quick check up, and a subtle snatch of victory. You honestly belief the Guardian of the Master Emerald to give up over time?

Anybody listen to Savant? He's an electronic/trap artist and he has a nice variety of songs. He already has 7 albums and is coming out with a new one tomorrow. Here's a preview of one song, I absolutely can't get enough of it. He's on both itunes and spotify if you have them.

I'd say wait until one of the main 3 are finished. I like the pace in which they are going, and adding too many of the same character may get confusing if the number of ongoing stories increases. 4-5 would be ok if everyone does want to start now, but we do have to come to a consensus on the limit of how many can go at a time, if everyone joins in all of them.

Knuckles smiles with confidence. "Two would be all he needs."

Knuckles looks to Chaos who seemed tense. He then gets up to Spectre and whispers. "In Chaos's current state, I feel he won't be much aid. Should we acquire him some chaos emeralds?"

"Ah the good old doctor. I guess they are really weak if they haven't called for me yet." Knuckles says showing off. Astraea giggles a little and he gives her a stare. "If you're not there, who is fighting him?" she asks. "There's a lot of good fighters. It would most likely be Sonic, but others are probably taking care of him as well." "How much longer until we reach our destination?" Kali asks Spectre, more concerned about the task at hand. ------------------------- Trigun manages to find a lake on the island and begins to merge with its water.

"So what of this land holds volcanoes and open lava?" Astraea asks, walking along." "There are none." Knuckles replies. "Any volcanoes are either dormant mountains, or undersea, still developing. The main land is mostly nature, besides the deserts and Eggman empire." "Eggman empire?" Kali questions "It's our villain of this world, he wishes to turn everything into robots and rule over the land. Typically we fight for our lives against him everyday, however he's been quiet for a while. There are other enemies out there, but they seem to keep to themselves most of the time."

The group nods and follows behind Spectre. Trigun backs up into the jungle and walks away. "A crafty one, that rodent is. It seems I'll have to reconsider my approach." he says, morphing into water once more and slowly dissapearing.

"What is the composition of your world like?" Knuckles asks Astraea. "Considering the air elemental have taken to the sky. The land is split evenly between the 3 of us." Astraea says, referring to earth, water, and fire. "Well, you're in for a surprised then. 70% of this world is covered by water. We're safe up here, however on the main land. I shudder to think of his abilities with all that ocean around is. Chaos has taken advantage to that once before." Kali and Astraea look to Chaos who gives them another blank stare.

Kali and Astraea walk back up to the top of the shrine to Spectre and Knuckles. "We've been able to depict the book, where's our next destination?" Astraea asks Locke Spectre. (ooc: derp >_<) Meanwhile, from the bushes. Trigun listened in on the books secrets and now waits to hear the groups next area.

Kali walks up to Astraea who continues to read the book. "How's the study been going?" he asks as he sits next to her. Astraea looks to him and then back to the book. "This is really interesting. This passage here explains the abilities of each element." Kali looks at the book and thinks for a moment. "What ability is needed to be known? I thought every element could have any type of ability." "Apparently not. Here, let me show you." Astraea says as Kali leans in more to read the book with her. Professor Atlas Element Understanding In the first meeting of element professors, we have shared quite a bit of information. It seems that each of us can undergo what is known as logia transformation. This allows us to transform our body into our element as use it to our advantage. Between fire and water, this gives them the ability to be untouched by anything that comes into contact with them, as well as give off the effects of their element on said object. The air professor did not come to the meeting, as it seems their society has isolated themselves in the sky. As this information was too vital to share. It seems earth is the only element unable to fully emit or create weapons from their body. As such, we must train each generation with the ability to craft and use the environment to their advantage. Further studies will be taken until the next meeting. Astraea finishes reading the journal as she looks to Kali leaning over her shoulder. trying to stay calm she looks back. "It seems like our scientists are hiding things from us." "What do you mean?" Kali says as he sits back next to her. "Besides right now, our people have never cooperated for anything. This must have been a secret thing going on in the early generations." "And whoever made this book got a copy of the professors notes somehow." "Indeed. This means the other books either have more information from your people, or he met with fire and water as well." She closes the book and stands up. "This means we'll have to find the other two to learn more of the truth."

Knuckles ponders for a moment. "It must have been something threatening him. i can't imagine Chaos freely leaving the emerald after all it's done. The group soon makes it back to the emerald and takes a moment to rest. Chaos sits on top of the emerald as Kali sits across from him on the ground. "You're missing something important to you aren't you? Otherwise you'd go back into the emerald." Chaos gives him a small nod and Kali gets up and walks over to him. "Why not join us? We can help you find it while working on our own mission. I'm sure we'll be able to find it." Kali reaches out his hand as Chaos stares at it. There is a long pause as Knuckles walks up to the shrine. "I don't think he understands social concepts much but he probably agrees with what you asked of him. Otherwise he would have gone back into the emerald." Kali looks to Knuckles and smiles. "I see, then let's go to Astraea and see what the book says."

Kali, Astraea, and chaos walk up to the two echidnas. "I can explain this text once we get back to the shrine. Staying here would not be a wise choice." Astraea says. Chaos nods in agreement and begins walking away. "Just a quick question." Knuckles begins to ask. "Why is the mutated chao of destruction walking around like it's a day at the park?" "He was fighting Trigun when I reached the shrine, I have no idea what he is."

Trigun begins to melt into water as he slips out of Spectres hold. "I'll be back when I'm ready to. I'll promise you that." he says as he absorbs into the ground and dissapears. Knuckles runs up to Spectre and looks at him. "It's probably for the best now. He may not be powerful, but he's very tricky." Kali grabs the book he had found and walks over to Astraea. "There is a language in this I do not understand. Hopefully it was something you knew." Astraea opens the book and looks to the pages Kali found. She then looks up to him and frowns. "To think you forgot your own elements alphabet is just horrible. You're lucky I learned it for other purposes."

As Trigun blatantly misses his attack on Spectre, he quickly attempts to form a shield as he tosses the chaos energy at him. It bursts through and explodes, knocking Trigun into one of the buildings. Knuckles completes his power trnasfer to Kali, as the elemental is now able to move once more. He runs over to Astraea and breaks the remains on the chains on her. He then goes over to help chaos from being frozen to the ground. Knuckles walks over to his grandfather and looks toward the destroyed building as Trigun stands in the middle of it. He suddenly turns and walks away.
