  17. Anime or Cartoon Recommendations?

I'm not really into anime (never watched any of it tbh), but I do enjoy some good cartoons. I can reccomend a few of my favorite titles, these are: Star vs. The Forces of Evil (It used to be about a girl from a magical dimension who's about to inherit the throne from her Queen mother being sent off to Earth for being too reckless, but now it's about the same girl trying to solve the ages-old racism between Mewmans/humans and Monsters) Steven Universe (I'm sure you've heard at least something about this one, so there's no need to explain) Wander over Yonder (It was sadly cancelled in 2016; It's about an alien guy named Wander and his horse-like friend Sylvia wandering around the galaxy while helping those in trouble) Over the Garden Wall (It's better to search it up yourself)
  18. I just noticed that there's no animation section here on the English SCANF. How come? I'm sure that a lot of people here would appreciate it.

By "Animation section" I meant a section for cartoons, anime and stuff like that.

Oh. All that is in the off topic section. Aside from the Sonic ones which are in Multiverses of Sonic the Hedgehog

Well, ok, but I still think that such a thing deserves more than just "off-topic".

  19. Sleep is overrated. Who needs sleep when you can have a night of entertainment?

    1. Danny Felixe

      Danny Felixe

I remember when I used to go to bed late and wake up at 7. Now I need at least 10 hours sleep or I'm very grumpy. I would sleep more if I could

  23. What's Your Favorite Song?

'Using you' by Mars Argo. It's a bit old, having been released in 2015, but I think it's the best darn song I've ever heard. Here, take a listen:
  24. Earthbound/Mother series

I see nobody's discussing the best RPG game to have ever been made, so I guess I'm gonna have to create a topic of my own, so: The Mother series (Japanese: マザー Hepburn: Mazā) consists of three role-playing video games: the 1989 Mother for the Famicom, the 1994 Mother 2, known as EarthBound outside of Japan, for the Super NES, and the 2006 Mother 3 for the Game Boy Advance. Written by Shigesato Itoi and published by Nintendo, and featuring game mechanics modeled on the Dragon Quest series, the Mother series is known for its sense of humor, originality, and parody. Set in a late 20th century United States, the player uses weapons and psychic powers to fight hostile, everyday objects. Signature elements of the series include the lighthearted plots, the battle sequences with psychedelic backgrounds, and the "rolling HP meter": as player health ticks down like an odometer, players can outrun the meter to heal before dying. While the franchise is popular in Japan, in the United States, it is best associated with the cult following behind EarthBound. And: EarthBound, known as Mother 2 in Japan,[nb 1] is a 1994 Japanese role-playing video game co-developed by Ape Inc. and HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System video game console. As Ness and his party of four, the player travels the world to collect melodies en route to defeating the evil alien force Giygas. It is the second game of the Mother series, and the only one to be released in the English language until its predecessor was released under the name EarthBound Beginnings in 2015 as part of Wii U's Virtual Console.[3] EarthBound was released in Japan in August 1994, and in North America the next June. Why is it the best RPG game? Because it has probably the most interesting and tragic lore out of all other RPG games. More to come!
