Tears began to fill Kimi's eyes and she hugged Chris tightly.

"I'm so so sorry. I never knew. I thought you were just a jerk. It must have been so hard for you. No wonder you lashed out."

Kimi walked back still smiling, Max bounding at the two trainers heels. He broke off for a second to pick up a small twig from the ground, which he began eating.

Chris walked with Kimi, then turned to look at max and smiled, "how cute."

"He likes twigs," said Kimi. "There's the others," she said, waving.

"So w-we're ready to go?" asked Skye.

Fluffy nodded, then turned to Dylan, "let's go."
