Posted 2 Jun 2014 I hear yah, Centaur. xD It's just that my country's different. Since we're an archipelago... We have different dialects. One island may have a dialect but when you go over another one, their dialect is way different from the one you had visited before! I don't know about them. *shrugs* Our whole culture right now is a combination of western and eastern influence. Thus, which made us unique in southeast Asia. Posted 2 Jun 2014 That's an interesting thing to have happen While you mostly get the same language here in the UK, the accents are different around the place I don't want to learn more. Posted 2 Jun 2014 (edited) I know. Observe: Ilonggo speaker: Kwaa na to, subong, uy! Bisaya speaker: Kwaa na to, subong uy! While both may be the same (The sentence means 'Get it -insert adverb here-). One word (subong) has entirely made the whole sentence different. xD Subong in the first one meant 'now' while the last one meant 'later'. So yeah. xD Haha.
