(Well Otaku is actually more of an insult used on the people who have no life besides anime and manga and videogames which is fine by me as I am anti-social, rarely go out though I probably should since my head is killing me. and a weeabo is someone who pretends to be from Japan although they have no connections to it what-so-ever and mostly speak English (or whatever is their native language) while mixing random anime terms to the talk. and they also pretend to be huge fans of japan and anime/manga even though they might not really know anything about it and only watch one or two series over all and don't know anything about Japan or it's people. Otaku's tend to have a bit more info about all of it.
