Stacey reached the room.  "You wanna knock bro?" he asked.

"But you do!" said the Voice.

"Sure thing!" grinned back Skye.  "Got anything in mind you wanna try?"

Hamrony sighed and went over to help.

"That flaming wall you did earlier was pretty cool, but it looked like it was difficult." Myra answered

"Thanks Harmony," Tirade said.

Dominic nodded and did so

"Shut up" Sarah said

"It is," nodded Skye.  "And takes a lot of control, but we can start by showing you how to make fire!"

"No problem.  Just next time you boys swallow your pride and ask for help!" said Harmony.

"Who is it?" came Luna's voice.

"That the best retort you have?" asked the Voice.

"Concentrating!" smiled Skye.  "See.... the reasons people do funny gestures and say funny words when they cast magic ISN'T because that's how magic work, but because Magic requires focus, and doing certain gestures and words helps that focus."

"Only after I asked," smiled Harmony.

Luna laughed.  "Okay Son.  C'mon in!"

"Why?" asked the Voice.

"So I just focus? Is it really that simple?" Myra asked.

"I didn't realize how heavy Varen was." Tirade replied.

"I'm not that heavy, you' re just weak," Varen replied.

Dominic grinned and opened the door

"Nope.  I've just boiled it down to its very,very basics.  It will require more than that," said Skye.

"Maybe he ate too many enchiladas?" said Harmony.

"There you are?  Where have you been hiding?" asked Luna.

"Sorry," said the Voice.

"No where! We went back to kitchen but you were gone!" Dominic said

Sarah looked pouty

"Oh, I see," said Luna.

The Voice was silent.

"Anyway! Stacey's back to normal!" Dominic said pointing

Sarah lay back

"He is?  That's great!" smiled Luna.

"Going to sleep now?" asked the Voice

"What more is there?" Myra asked.

"I did not," Varen replied sullenly.

"In short, practice.  And having a talent for magic, not everyone does," said Skye.

"Someone's sulking!" smiled Harmony.

"Yeah! Show mom Stacey" Dominic said looking to him

"Of course not" Sarah answered

"O-okay," said Stacey coming in.  He gave a surprised squeak as Luna hugged him.  "It's good to see you back to normal Son!"  Stacey's eyes widened a little at 'son'.

"Really?" asked the Voice.

Dominic grinned

"Too early" Sarah said

"So how do I start?" Myra asked.

"He's always sulking," Tirade replied. 

"I am not," Varen replied indignantly.

"You... you.... you called me Son?" asked Stacey still a little surprised.

"Too early for you to sulk?" teased the Voice.

"I'll create a flame out of magic, then hand it to you, and see if you can control it," said Skye

Hamrony laughed.  "I'm on Tirade's side!  I've never seen you not sulk!"

"Ok..." Myra replied uncertainty.

"I've only been around for a day" Varen replied.

"Don't worry, there are wards in place to keep us safe, and I'll be ready to dispel it.  Besides, if you don't manage it's more likely to just pop out of existence than hurt anyone," said Skye with a comforting smile.
