Miles stumbled out of the bathroom, still drying his hair.

"Are they here yet?"

Dylan began to run away crying. While what they were saying was true, he didn't want to accept it and a part of him still wanted to be normal again

"Cwome back, Dylan!" he could hear Skye calling

"Stay a kid and play with us!" Ziona called but Dylan didn't stop running. It was only when they're voices had died down that he slumped to the floor, and continued crying

(ooc: Yeah. I know. Tough time)

(ooc: Dylan needs a hug!)

Skye began incanting and the ritual circle began lighting up.

(ooc: He certainly does. But not until he wakes up)

Dylan continued crying until he heard a noise. Footsteps. Coming towards him. He began shivering, afraid of who or what was coming his way. He closed his eyes and turned away, only for the doorways to stop not far off from him. It took a few moments for him to get the courage to look in the direction and then slowly open his eyes. He was greeted by a friendly sight

"Uncle Miles!" he shouted, getting up and running over to him to give him a hug

Miles gave a slight jump.

"Er... hello there!"

A cheerful looking rabbit stepped forward. "Hi, I'm Zunnie, and this is Zark. You must be Miles right? And you're Zamy?"

Zamy went over and shook her hand. "Yes, pleasure to meet you."

Zark also stepped forward with a smile, extending his hand.

"Uh, yes that..." Miles began, before swaying slightly, clutching his head.

Zamy shook Zark's hand then turned to Miles. "Are you OK? I've never seen a headache happen that fast out of the blue."

"I just... feel kinda nauseous..." said Miles.

Zark took a step back and raised his hand, an apologetic look on his face. As soon as he stepped back Miles started feeling better.

"Sorry should've mentioned that before. Zark here is the magic specialist, he's totally immune to it but a side effect is that the poor guy's mute."

"He's immune?" asked Miles surprised. Zark nodded. "No wonder I felt odd," said Miles. "Still, I, er, uh... nice to meet you."

"So, do y'all know where we can find the others? We better introduce ourselves before we get to work."

Zamy nodded. "They'll be at a place could Haven, run by a group of pretty strange people."

"Now that's an understatement," said Miles. Zark looked curious.

"They call themselves Guardians, but I've never seen one actually guard the giant emerald they're meant to protect. So either they're very good at their jobs or just complacent."

"Actually I think they got a lot of hidden cameras looking at it," said Miles. "As well as looking at almost everything else on the island."

Dylan hugged the dream Miles but he didn't return the hug. He didn't care though. He was scared

"Uncle Miles! Auntie Harmony an' Skye an' Ziona were telling me to stay as a kid an' I don' wan' to!" he said shakily. "You're still helping me get back to normal, right?"

"Don't you want us to be friends?" Miles said coldly

"Of course I do! Why?" Dylan asked unsure

"If we're friends, then you can't change back to normal" Miles said

(ooc: Ouch! That's harsh Miles. True, but still harsh!!!)

"Yes, at least they can't watch every single camera at once," said Miles.

------------

The magic in the basement began coalescing into a large elliptical orb in the centre of the circle next to Skye.

(ooc: At least the dream's nearly done. Not that he knows it...)

Dylan released Miles and backed away in surprise

"Wh-what?" he asked

"I hate your normal form. We can never be friends if your back to normal" Miles said

"You're WRONG!" Dylan shouted shakily but he didn't sound sure

"I'm not. If you want us to stay friends then you have to stay a kid" Miles said

"I... Can't!" Dylan said. He was feeling conflicted

"Does our friendship mean nothing to you then. Would you prefer us to hate each other?" Miles then said

"No! It does! But... I can't... I don't... No no NO!" Dylan shouted covering his face. And with that he woke up with a scream

Zark nodded and teleported as well.

Miles gave a sigh of relief and sat down heavily.

Anna heard somethings and slowly came round again. "Was that a scream?" she sleepily wondered.

"You see anyonecaround big guy?" asked Zunnie.

"Well they seemed nice enough," said Zamy.

Hope finished her cereal and walked back to her room, bumping into Team Dark who by now had assembled in the break room.

"Yes, but it would have been nice of them to warn me about that anti-magic field," said Miles. He was clearly angry, but was also trying to hide it.

----------

Zark looked around and shook his head. Then pointed down the corridor, where he could see the kitchen. Even if no one was around, they might be gathering there soon.
