"This is why I don't want you to turn back. You're so nice and friendly and sweet and we're great friends," said Harmony as she cried. Then her eyes widened. "Forget I said that."

Dylan once again released Harmony and looked up here in surprise

"You... Don' wan' me to be back to normal?" he asked

Harmony looked away from Dylan. "Please... just forget I ever said that!"

"But you just said it!" Dylan said sounding upset

"That too."

"Yes, but I don't have a monopoly on life and death situations. I think that goes to SWAT."

"And I shouldn't have. I promise I'm gonna try and help get you back to normal Dylan," said Harmony.

Melody giggled. "So how's the upgrade coming?"

"Hmm, yeah, I guess," said Anna.

"You seemed to be very friendly with the SWAT leader," said Miles.

"But do you wan' me to be back to normal?" Dylan asked

"Well, I'll need to attach some more things to actually get the motor to turn the wheel."

"You mean Zhadow? I know him from the academy. He was always doing well, top of the class. Kept to himself most of the time though."

Harmony looked at Dylan for a minute. "No, I want you to stay like that. But it's not what I want, it's what you want that's importnat," said Harmony.

"But you were still friends?" asked Anna.

"Nah, I was just gonna leave it permanently on," joked Hope.

"Yeah, I was one of the lucky few. He was always kind to me, even gave me some off the record training in case I needed it."

"But... I'm not the real me! How can you want me to stay not me?" Dylan said beginning to cry again

"Because you're so sweet and nice and lovable and friendly as k... as you are now," said Harmony. "And I don't want that person I've become friends with to disappear." She went over to hug Dylan. "But that won't stop me from helping you get back to normal."

Melody laughed. "Now that would have been fun!"

"He does sound like a great guy," said Anna.

"I.. have to say I'm a little surprised Shadow has an version of him in No-Zone," said Miles.

"He is if you get to know him. And why's that Miles?"

"Perhaps more accurate to say I'm surprised Zhadow was in your year. Given his origins, it's unlikely the circumstances 50 years ago were the same," said Miles.

"Well I should explain that training standards and equipment change over time and obviously he needs to keep up to date with qualifications. Part of what makes him so good other than innate talent is that he's effectively trained for decades as well."

Dylan slowly hugged back but continued crying for a minute

"I wish you would still be happy when I went back to normal" he said

"I'll still be happy, don't worry," said Harmony. "And that was why I asked you to do the picture of the two of us, remember? So I could look back at it and remember all the fun times."

Melody giggled. "Sure, why not. Those things always come in handy!"

"See, it does make sence Miles," said Anna.

"He must be really dedicated to redo his training so much."

"Well it's updated every few years and it lets him talent scout for SWAT, not to mention just to give him something to do."

"Not too often. We prefer a non violent resolution, and so do they believe it or not. It's more time consuming but better all around."

Dylan smiled and hugged Harmony tighter

"Thanks, Auntie Harmony" he said. "I just don' wan' you to be unhappy when I'm normal again"
