"What's not?" asked Ziona coming in.  "Stacey, why are you tied up like that?"

Mark jumped in surprise seeing them come in

"And why are you shouting Fenn!?" Asked Seviper.

 

"Mommy? Daddy?" Said Fenn in surprise.

"What were you expecting?  Space aliens?" asked Ziona with a little smile.

"Stop it Daddy!" Said Fenn.

"She complains about you be not me," teased Ziona to Seviper, then she looked at Mark.  "Don't worry, I was just joking."

"Of course.  Don;t you worry Mark," said Ziona, going to give Mark a hug.

"cause I'm the embarrassing parent! Now let's get that rope off you Stacey." Said Seviper.

 

Fenn started calming down and the firey glow disappeared as the flicky returned.

"Er... that's not a good idea," said Stacey, stepping back on tip toes

"Don't be ridiculous! Now hold still! This tail ain't no butter knife!" Said Seviper lifting his tail.

"But I wanna be tied up!  I'm moving funny!" said Stacey.

Mark didn't move away from the hug but was surprised

"Um... yeah... Stacey's walking funny" he said

"Because... uh..." Stacey looked down at his feet ashamed.

"I don't know! But it's weird! He's standing on his toes" Mark said

"Because so many of the kids here can use magic..." sighed Ziona.  "Honestly, I'm surprised it's not more crazy here!"

"Yes.  I'm not sure you kids can be trusted with it," said Ziona.
