"Like what?" asked Stacey, slightly less angry than before.

"Did I scare you?" Luna asked.

"I don't know! Don't you?" Sarah asked

Mark nodded

"No.... Mine still work fine," said Stacey.

"I'm sorry.  I didn't mean to scare you.  It must be hard in this new world!" said Luna

"Then someone's doing it against me!" Sarah said

"It's s-strange" Mark said

Dylan came back in with a hot chocolate

"Maybe.... you lost it when the pool made you a wolf," said Stacey.

"I suppose it must be.  All metal and technology as opposed to bamboo and codes of honour."

"Thats... stupid! Im not a stupid wolf anymore!" Sarah said

"Its f-fascinating the d-difference though" Mark said

"Yeah.  But what else could it be?" said Stacey.

"How am I supposed to know?" Sarah asked angrily

Mark nodded

Dylan put the hot chocolate by Mark's bed

"You always acted like you knew all the answers!" said Stacey.

"Ahh, here's something to cheer you up," smiled Luna, seeing the hot chocolate.

"No I don't!" Sarah said

Mark looked over

"Yeah you do.  You look down your nose and everyone!" said Stacey.

Luna picked up the hot chocolate and handed it to Mark.

"I do not!" Sarah said stomping her foot

Mark slowly took it

"Yeah you do!  And you LIKE doing it!  You like lording over all of us!" said Stacey, though he was a bit confused to why Sarah was arguing against that.

Seviper slithered up to Zoe and Fenn.

 

"Hey girls." Said Seviper.

Mark took a drink

"Yes you are!  Think about how you treat everyone!" said Stacey.  "No wonder everyone hates you!

Sarah stepped back surprised then scowled

 

"If you hate me so much then leave me be" she said

"I... I..." Stacey turned to go, but stopped.  "I don't hate you Sarah.  I want to be your friend.  But you're so mean."

"That's good," said Luna, petting Mark's head.

"Hey sweetie!" Said Seviper wrapping around Zoe and Fenn.

 

"Are we still in trouble?" Asked Fenn

Zoe giggled and hugged Seviper, then paused. "Yeah, are we?" she asked.
