Penders has claimed Anti-Sonic and Robo-Robotnik as his? Crap, I'll never enjoy the comic the same way knowing most of my favorite characters are now gone.
Yes, he posted it on his forums and TSSZ has a news article about it now. Archie has been silent on the settlement terms and penders saying majority of his characters appearing in his Lara Su Chronicles, seems like he got his characters back and won the suit. :(
But Robo-Robotnik IS the current eggman isn't he? That would be insane. If this is going to be for real, I'm going to hunt him down, because he literally ruined the comics now.
