Heh its alright, thanks for understanding me guys. I'm pretty sure everyone's generally feeling the same way. I'm agreeing with what you both just said. I mean, honestly reading those perview pages makes me feel like I'm in some nightmare of Sonic's, he himself seems to fully remember past events while everyone is not. It doesn't feel like the Mobius I know anymore, everything feels so different with the absence of so many characters as well, I feel very lost. To think I've fallen in love with the comic and it's storyline just two years ago only for the creative team to take on a completely new direction and (with Tails line on the Wisps) to suddenly add in a game's storyline into the continuity randomly is so odd. But yes, it's too early to judge and I'm hoping it won't be as bad as I'm thinking it to be. I'm looking forward to what the Countdown to Chaos arc has to offer and the creative team saying issue 256 is going to be major shock is both intersting and worrying at the same time for me. -

Oh my, I have more questions in my head now than answers, it hurts. I'm not liking the idea of a soft reboot, I'll really miss everything but at least its not total reboot though, phew! I'm worried for all the Penders characters, I'm hoping they'll show up in some upcoming issues and reveal them one by one but that may or may not happen. So all the "Another time and another place" stories are canon now? Oh it hurts again, so many questions and worries.. -
Oh yes, how many of you remember that Ken Penders wanted to turn Rotor into a gay character for the MXYL storyline? I get so angry at that idea and now Penders is stating on his message board that Kneecaps (Knuckles’ younger brother) is also a gay character he’s planning to turn him into one. Penders cares for the characters because he only wants them for himself and his stupid movie and series and gave so much trouble for all of us, had to say that, and I've already said why I don't like the guy many times here and on pervious pages, the evidence is clear.

I know about that but I can't help feel that he's just pretending to be nice sometimes yet on the internet he says so much bad stuff about them. He doesn't appear to be happy with Ian's ideas that Locke has died in the story as it condtricts the Mobius X Year Later storyline as he intended for it to be the true future and that there was more than one Enerjak. And now wants to do the Lara-Su Chornicles ignoring Ian's ideas and storylines. With all this said I never said Penders was truly some orge nor was Archie right all the time. I did like Penders' writing for Knuckles alot and he can be a creative guy even with Sonic's stories but I felt he didn't do good anymore during the comic's dark ages period. He created his own characters and storylines like the Lost Ones and I don't see why he can't continue with his own stuff, why Sonic with the LS Chornicles? Why make something out of your past work with Sonic? Its like because the comic has a huge fanbase and he knows he can sell well by targeting them but I feel he can do suceessfully with his own creations if he works hard enough.

I am soooo hoping that the SATam character who will be reappearing with Uncle Chuck in issue 254 will be Dulcy or Nate Morgan.

Snively, I would not be surprised. He appeared in Worlds Collide next to Doctor Light's prison. If he escaped, it wouldn't be surprising. Lupe, she has an act for appearing every now and again. Last time they nearly legionised her. Though she and Uncle Chuck do seem to get on, their relationship has seemed a little tense due to her roboticisation. If that's the correct word

His art has gotten worst indeed, but apparently the whole reason why Lara-Su looks different now is because (according to what I've heard, I may be wrong) one of the settlement terms is that Penders is allowed to continue with his plans but can no longer use the Sega style for the characters. Hence, so weird to look at it when you're thinking of a Sega character. He has gotten everyone's attention, but I'm not caring about his project one bit, can't believe he is trying to make a movie out of this. He already tried this before. Firstly, welcome to the forums! Hope you'll enjoy being here. Secondly, I wanna say that, yes, Archie did sue him first but it was because Penders was trying to get copyright of his characters to use it against Sega and EA for apparently ripping off his characters which are the Marauders of Sonic Chronicles. Archie stated Ken had signed a contract before he left the company that his ideas were Archie's, and more importantly, Sega's. But the document has been lost and it was one of the big problems why this lawsuit endured so long. Personally for me he doesn't deserve to be paid loyalties because of the trouble and comments he made against the comic and the current staff, saying Ian and the rest are making money out of something they didn't create among other things, what hypocrisy. After all these years he suddenly steps in demanding royalties, him being credited is enough already, its not like Archie removed his name from the reprints.

Well Antoine's and Rotor's redesigns are going to get some time getting used to for me. This sounds like a Unleashed adaptation, I'd be surprised if in the end it isn't. BTW, am I seriously the only one to notice in solicits of 254 that Mobius is referred to Earth instead? What da heck... please, please, I hope that was really a typo mistake made there by the editor or whoever. Ben Bates is my favorite artist, but I'm a little disappointed that the cover looks kinda rushed and not well worked on to me.

Penders has claimed Anti-Sonic and Robo-Robotnik as his? Crap, I'll never enjoy the comic the same way knowing most of my favorite characters are now gone.

Woo! I enjoyed the issue and I'm so happy the comics have hit 250 (congrats!) and Ben Bates is finally back with his awesomeness! He has really outdone himself, three double splash pages (which I enjoy seeing) and the last page with the entire team signing their names was touching for me to see. I know 250 was meant for Sally's deroboticzation but then the crossover idea came in so there's not really a milestone event happening here. Oh well, hopefully the comic hits 300 one day, till then I'll continue reading. And yes, Rouge Woman was utterly useless, I think she should have been turned back to normal next issue instead so we get to see more of what she's capable of. Who wants to bet that Duo will save Doctor Light? :P

No problem, I look forward to more discussion and I'd like to hear what everyone's opinions are. ;) That post took me an hour or so, haha. Yes its Tracey Yardley, he started doing it since issue 160. Hmm.. I think you meant Jon Gray cause he's the only one who does funny and cartoony work while Patrick Spaz does realistic and detailed art. Cause Spaz's art was never funny you just go "WOW" cause it looks so awesomely detailed. Maybe I should post up sample work from each artist since I can understand most people are not familar with their names but I'll have to gather up alot of images with the best examples first.

When I saw this cover on BumbleKing forums I went "HOLY JOY!!! BEN BATEZ IS BACK AND AWESOME!!!" Seriously though that cover is really looking good, can't wait for the next few covers to come out so we can see the full pic and I'm all in for this coming arc. The Universe arc is looking great but I am really excited for this story much more. Mobius breaking apart? I smell a Sonic Unleashed adaption.. no I don't think so. There has been alot of dicussion on that red boot btw, its not Amy because she has been flung to Blaze's world if you saw the upcoming pirate arc for Sonic Universe and that boot is way different. It might be Bunnie since she's getting a redesign, check out that small yellow fur skin above the boot. Some people have thought if it was Sally just that her boot is colored this way to avoid spoiling for this cover preview. My final guess is that it might be Honey the Cat, Ian hinted in a recent interview that he might have plans for her.
