Shadow the Hedgehog

"Well that was fairly successful. Now what?" asked Hope. "I'm not quite sure Hope. I guess we wait for it to crash then go from there."

"Excellent. Now let's get out of here," said Shadow as he chaos controlled to the hotel with Dylan, Rouge and Hope.

"Ok, we're now on a crash course for the ocean. Please put all trays in the upright position and prepare for crashing."

Hope walked over to the controls and began to fiddle with them, not wanting to send the ship into an immediate nose dive.

"No. These are just schematics of the dream machine. If you want to destroy the ship, you need to take out some of its vital systems. Or maybe I can hack into the autopilot and make it crash?"

"I've got the schematics for the machine. Seeing as the others are going to destroy a perfectly good piece of technology, I'm going to have to start from scratch. But at least I know what to do now."

"Hopefully it won't come to that Mina."

Hope eventually found the schematics and downloaded them to her PDA, giving a celebratory "YES!" in the process. Crowley took hold of Red and teleported her to safety.

Hope rushed to a computer and hastily searched for a schematic of the machine. "We can never do things my way for once," she angrily muttered to herself.

"Perhaps the machine reacted with her in some way. It's possible," said Crowley.

Crowley breathed a sigh of relief. "Glad to see you're still with us. You need to get out here. I never thought it'd be you all beaten up and me trying to drag you to safety."

"I hope she's OK," said Crowley, a hint of worry in his voice.

Shadow smelt it as well. "This is not good. We need to hurry."

"Yes definitely. Let's get to her before the Doctor does," said Shadow as he quickly advanced, following the trail of destroyed robots.

"Neither was I. Desperate times and all that," replied Shadow as he grabbed hold of Rouge and Hope and chaos controlled on to the ship. His Moebian counterpart grabbed onto Dylan and Mina, doing the same to take them on board. "And to repeat, I need that machine in working condition. So please be careful," said Hope.

Shadow leapt up when he heard Mina and opened the door. "Let's get moving then. I'd hope for no giant robot this time, but I doubt we'll be so lucky," he said as he walked out, with Rouge and Hope in tow.

Granted, it's the end of the world. I wish that vending machine didn't just eat my £1.50.

Granted, as soon as it's gone you get yodeling stuck in your head. I wish I had a bottle of Pepsi.

"I can take you up there Mina. Though I should probably get Shadow and the others first."

"And therein lies the problem. While we accept being 'evil' for the most part and thus can be seen to act primarily as such, though not without some decency, most people here try to be what could be described as 'good', yet few are so self righteous that they would claim not to have negative traits. And then of course there are those who are just plain evil. One can never deal in absolutes when comparing our two worlds." Crowley gave a shudder when Locke appeared. "And what might she be doing?" he asked.

"I agree this place is not as serene as it seems. The game is played differently here than on Moebius."

"Do not write yourself off so easily; perhaps in time you may get your wish. And staying here would be rather problematic I'm afraid. The simple fact that you resemble a well known person would jeopardise the both of you," said Crowley. Shadow slowly rose up. "Glad to see you're both OK," he said. "What's wrong with your head?" asked Hope "Well I had to run into a wall to knock myself out. An experience I have no desire to repeat."

"It's fine Mina. Ask away." Shadow skated as fast as he could headfirst into the rock just as the dream collapsed. He suddenly awoke back in the real world, clutching his head. "Ugh. At least it worked. I think"

(OOC Bugger! My sincerest apologies Dylan. I wasn't thinking straight after my lecture). Shadow came to a sudden stop and ran back towards Dylan. "Sorry about that Dylan, I got caught up in the commotion," he said as he span around and did the sleeper hold before continuing towards the rock.
