"I do want to help. I was just muttering because I didn't think what my plan was gonna be if you said yes, so I was caught off guard a little. I'm sure we can help you though if we put our minds together."
-
Hope muttered inaudibly under her breath before speaking up. "We'll think of something, don't worry. As a starter, don't act like those 2," she jokingly whispered, pointing to Skye and Tikal. ----- "Thank you for the advice." He then placed 2 further bets, totalling half of his winnings, and lost both of them. He hten moved over to a blackjack table.
-
"I'm sure you'll work it out. Would you prefer a demonstration?" asked Hope, half joking, half serious.
-
"Exaclty. I don't think fangirling over him would help your chances."
-
"It's certainly possible. He has no significant other and seems to like you." --- "Ha, I intend to."

Sonic Lost World
Shadow the Hedgehog replied to BlurryDawgo's topic in Multiverses of Sonic the Hedgehog
I can only speak for the 3DS version, but I'd say if you must get it, wait for the price to drop. I haven't finished it yet, but I'm close. It starts off really promising but gradually goes downhill from Tropical Coast onwards; wisp powers become mandatory for some sections and there are some horrible level designs, Frozen Factory Act 3 being one of the worst. In general the levels drag on for too long, and then there are the pointless gyro controls for Special Stages, and some Wisps, that have you spinning around your room. It's certsinly not broken or unfinished, there are just some poor design choices. You really should try for yourself, this is only my opinion after all. I think there's a demo for both the Wii U and 3DS versions. -
"It's not impossible. He's the Moebian Shadow, so if his biology is the same by the time you're his 'technical' age, he'll still be that same age. What is that, 3, 4 years from now? Besides, it's not like there's anyone standing in your way."
-
Hope laughed. "Interesting. Should be fun to watch. And don't worry, your secret's safe with me... if it still is a secret. I'm sure he'll be flattered regardless."
-
Hope made her way over to Melody and Anna. "Find anything you like?"
-
Hope continued until she found an action film that caught her eye, supposedly about a police officer stuck in a corporate building when it's taken over by terorists. She picked it up, though was sure she'd heard Shadow mention a much older film with a similar plot. How he came into possession of so many old human films was beyond even her.
-
Hope stopped when she saw a sci fi film and picked up the box, reading the blurb. "Should be fun to watch for such a cheap price. And that female lead kinda looks like Rouge," she muttered to herself as she kept hold of the case and continued browsing.
-
Hope went to browse the films. ----- He placed a bet on red 32, and won once again.
-
"I'm only just getting started Red."
-
"And to amke things easy they group categories togehter. So if you want an action film, you head over there where it says 'action'."
-
"It's right here," said Hope as she led Tikal inside. --- "Certainly my dear." He bought some chips before heading over to a roulette table, placing 100 on black 29. The dealer span the wheel, and sure enough, the ball landed black 29.
-
"Good idea. Hopefully they'll have something good." ---- "I think I'll warm up with a little roulette."
-
"Yeah I say we get him. He can always head back to the arcade once he's done anyway."
-
"Probably. I'm sure he'd like to look around for a film to watch." ---- "Agred. Don't want to draw too much attention."
-
Hope folllowed after Melody.
-
"Yeah. They're moving pictures. Anyway, lead the way Melody." --- "Should be like shooting fish in a barrel."
-
"Sure, sounds like a plan. I've only seen human films, both new and well, ancient, so it'll be interesting to see what Mobian ones are like."
-
"I don't mind really. Have you seen anything that's caught your eye?"
-
Hope just gave a nod of agreement. --- "That seems fair."
-
"Heh yeah. No doubt you'd all be the same if I went to an electronics store." --- "Of course. I'm always ready for that."
-
"Well you certainly look different. Unfortunately I'm not the go to girl for fashion advice." --- "Indeed it is. Ah, here we are. The casino."
