"Your spaceship had a mini fridge?" asked Skye.   ----------   "Thank you," said Anna in an almost inaudible whisper. 

Anna hugged Spark tightly, a few tears falling from her eyes.   ----------   "Thanks," said melody walking to the edge.  "We've got a great view from here."   "I don't think now is the time to be admiring the view, dear," came a voice from behind her and Topaz.   -----------   "Oh... I'm sorry," said Skye

"He has a crashed spaceship... is that the same thing?" asked Skye.

Anna face broke into a wide smile.  "You I do.  You'll stop me from falling into darkness."   -----------   "I did?"

"Don't you have Poke or something?" asked Skye, scratching his head.

"Er... okay," said Skye, confused by the accent.   ---------   "Why?" asked Anna

"Are you sure?" asked Skye,   ---------   "What do you mean you don;t know?  And I'm sorry Dominic, I have to."

"Yeah, it is being weird," said Skye.   -----------   "Sorry Mom," said Zoe sadly as well.   Ziona sighed.  "Okay Dominic.  Just change me back.  And I'll have to tell your parents about this."   ----------   "I know but... sometimes... I find myself acting that way," said Anna

"But you still shouldn't have changed me!" said Ziona.

"Thank you," said Anna relieved.  "But I'm always scared I might... end up the person I was in Skye and Melody's future."   ------------   "Sounds like your body always wants something to be wrong," said Skye

"Uh.... t-that... would b-be...er... do you really want to know?" asked Anna.  "It's not going to happen now.  We changed that future."   -----------   "Let's hope so!" said Skye.

"I don;t think your tail is wanting to listen to you," giggled Skye.   ------------   "Oh... " Ziona looked down

"Uh... that's complicated... Skye was banished by future me and ended up traveling back in time by... accident, I think.  Melody... Isn't the real Melody.  She's a copy formed of Skye's memories of her.  Harmony is the real Melody.  She came back with her father to try and capture Skye.  Her body was so badly injured we had to make a new one for her, which is why she's now a fox," explained Anna.   ----------   "Wait... are you... saying I'm not fun?" asked Ziona hurt.   ----------   Skye burst out laughing,

"I hope so!" said Skye, grinning

"NO!  No!" said Anna, shocked and blushing.  "They're from my future.  Well... not exactly now.  They're from a future that no longer exists because we changed it."

"You make it sound like you have no control over it," said Skye, spinning his own tails and starting to hover.

"They're not my brother and sisters.  They're... my children," said Anna nervously.

*nods* But we're getting off topic a bit now, so I'm gonna say Thunderbirds!  :P

Anna nodded.  "I... think I told you this before Spark... but... you see...  I... Skye, Melody and Harmony... they...er..." 

Agreed.  And that is tragic.  

It's still a seemingly cartoonish world with a dark undercurrent under the surface.  The characters don't behave in noticeably different way.  In terms of the 'soul' of what the franchise is, it is still the same.     Is it a big change, yes.  But the heart is still the same.   --------   Yep, I know the basics.  But I was always more of Rescue Ranger's fan! ;-p 

Anna nodded.  "I... am pretty shy... ever since I... learned about my future," she said quietly.

It's not really that much of a change tenets of the world as far as the reboot goes.  The history is different, sure, but the basics of the world itself, and the existing characters with the possible exception of King Max,  are all still the same.         Don;t know the franchise, but from what I do I'd say that'd work.

It took only a few seconds to reach the roof.  "There!  We'll have a great view now," she grinned.  "Like that?"   -----------   Miles winced a little as the image on the screen went crazy.  "Yeah, she's kinda like Anna in that way... well... more... like what Anna used to be like," he said awkwardly.   ----------   "Really?  Can you fly doing that?" grinned Skye pointing.
