It's ended "for now", but it's more likely to be cancelled at this point than simply on hiatus. If you want reasons as to why, the main three are possibly:
1) Lack of sales.
2) Archie's main (not Sonic) series reboot.
3) Licence costs for the franchises in Worlds Unite.
