    So, we know that Classic Sonic learned how to boost from his future self. I guess we can qualify it as a bootstrap paradox now. So, how do you think Sonic originally got the idea of that move ? Who really composed Beethoven's fifth ?

      You missed my point. There IS no paradox. Classic Sonic came up with the boost on his own. Because when Modern Sonic is in Generations, he has no idea what is going on. Therefore, Classic Sonic and Tails don;t remember what happened, so Sonic will invent the boost himself again.

      Skye, that is due to the timelines being out of sync. You still remember some stuff, like the 10th Doctor remembering being the 5th Doctor watching his future self separate their Tardises, yet he doesn't actually remember the main event itself. Just some leftover memories, and we can imply that for Sonic, the boost is the leftover.

      *rolls eyes* Why can we imply that? There is no evidence either way as to whether it was still in his subconscious or not. Might there be a paradox, yes. But without the evidence, you can't say for certain.
