    in the help it says the member title change is between "about me" and "birthday" but it's not there.

      As far as I'm aware, only Staff and Advanced Members have access to this option, my apologies.

      what about PixeliousFox he isn't a advanced member but he's member title has changed!! and my member title is advanced member. others were able to change their member titles even before becoming "cool"
