    I honestly think they've taken this "race issue" out of proportion. They are FRIGGIN' GEM-BASED ALIENS! ALIENS!! 

    And even if they were human characters with a specific race, so what? They would be fictional characters, not a realistic depiction of society.

    I really think this is a great animated show. Haven't seen much of it, but everytime it was on TV, I had fun watching it. Like the overall art design, the characters, the setting... it's the kind of show I would have watched and loved as a kid. 

    I might be taking it too far, but I wouldn't be surprised if Steven Universe became a classic. It will shape many viewers' childhoods (and adulthoods too!), and could be remembered for how groundbreaking is tacking some unusual themes.

    The face is so weird. I think it feels... off. Like, EXTREMELY off. Something doesn't work. Well, several things, I'd say. And the movie itself, as a standard film, can be fine. Probably it will be mediocre

    In some way, we all saw this coming... 

    Also, he recharges and LIGHTING comes out of his body. Like the Flash. 
    I'll take this movie as The (furry) Flash movie we'll never get.

    "Youngest mechanic I've ever seen, I guess..." the blue hedgehog added. "So, have you made this work?" he asked, poining at the airplane. "Because that would mean you're not only the youngest, but also the most efficient I've seen in a while!" he added, smiling to the orange fox.

    "Old... man... are you okay?" Tekno asked, once the pod was cracked. 

    "Oh..." the owl inside the machine was confused, and exhausted. "I... I've been better, young lady..." 

    Relieved, the jade fowl girl reached to the owl's hand, and got him out of the pile of metal that seconds ago stood as his prison. "Thanks, miss. Hope you find your logs."

    "I wasn't looking for l-- ugh, forget it... I'm not the only one you have to thank for. This peopl--" Tekno stopped talking when she witnessed how the few inhabitants who hadn't fled were fighting against the horde of badniks. "Oh, my... this... what the heck is going on?!"

    Yea, of course! Props to both of you! 

    Is there a way to see more work of this artist? Because I love that style, like I said, it's SO clean and the colours flow sooooo well... It looks great, outstanding, amazing, you get it...
    The tumblr account you posted apparently belongs to an website/app designer, not a comic artist, so... is it the same person?

    I shall not let your brave efforts to resurrect this thread be in vain, my fellow companions!

    *AHEM* Well, here it's been... cold? I mean, not as cold as other winters, but, you know... Also, in Spain winter season isn't nearly as cold as in other places... 
    And then Christmas came, and, well, same as other years... I dunno, pretty standard winter, I'd say.

    We all remember the classic Sonic OVA, don't we?
    For those who don't (or need a little reminder) in that animation an old owl was shown to be Sonic and Tails' parental figure (or at least that's what it looked like to me).
    I've taken that very same character and tried to redesign him, so he could fit more into the canon:

    As you can see, I made some changes to his appearance, but overall he looks pretty similar to the design seen in the short film. He has a larger build, his stomach pattern is vastly simplified and he doesn't look as silly or cute as the original.
