As soon as the cops started walking away Danny ran out the door

"Danny!" Said Seviper.

Danny was already out the door running away and looking for a place to hide

Seviper decided to go out and find him but was knock out cold by an unknown individual and dragged off.

(Hoo boy... I feel sorry for Shinomi having to read all this)

Danny found an alley and hid in it

(Yeah, Sorry Shinomi!

Is that the same alley as Skye btw?)

Skye slowly made he way back through cyberspace, trying to pinpoint the location of the Chaos Emerald further as he headed back to his body.

Danny hadn't noticed Skye yet. He was catching his breath

Skye returned to his body, happy that it seemed undisturbed.  But as he slowly stood up he ran a quick diagnostic.

Danny turned hearing a sound and jumped in fright seeing Skye

"What are you doing here?!"

[Skye Prower 386]

"I could ask you the same thing," said Skye angrily.

"I... The cops... n-needed t-to escape..." Danny stammered clearly in a panic

"Good luck," said Skye, turning to walk away

[Danny Felixe 330]

"Hey! Where are you going?" Danny asked

"Why is that any interest to you?  I'm just a lifeless machine!" shot back Skye.

"Well... I..." Danny began then sighed. "Okay... maybe what I said was wrong and I shouldn't have said it. But you know this place. You know the history with robots here. How do you think I'm going to react"

Skye hit the wall with the side of his hand, causing a small crack to appear.  "Why did you think I didn't want to tell you?"

Danny winced at seeing that

"Yes... I can see" he said uncomfortably

"I... I shouldn't be upset... most people react the same way you do," said Skye.

[Seviper the Fang Snake 368]

Seviper wakes up in a barrel on top a building.

"I think somebody spiked my drink." Said Seviper.

"You can blame Eggman and every other person who's used robots for personal gain" Danny said

"You think I don't know that!" said Skye, a little more harsh than he meant.  He sighed.  "I'm sorry Danny."
