Posted 23 Jun 2013 Yes. I was referring to him from fleetway. He was part of the chaotix, but betrayed them. He was able to shrink or grow things, including himself. He shrunk to atomic level sometime during the comic making him the smallest villain. But he could grow himself if he wanted. Thats what I meant by the wrong place.
